Designed for a subtropical climate, the architecture is purposefully built for functionality, efficiency, and maximum comfort amid a raw, coastal jungle landscape. Open-air bathrooms and living areas allow for cross-breeze ventilation, while lush rooftop gardens and exterior landscaping promote naturally cooler indoor spaces. Here, unobstructed 180-degree views of the horizon capture the dazzling and untamed Pacific and every sunset.

Panoramic ocean vistas and a jungle backdrop provide the tranquil natural context for upscale, surfside rooms that thoughtfully merge traditional Mexican techniques with a contemporary, minimalist aesthetic.

Working with local and Mexican design teams, Hotelito at MUSA’s interiors present a world of handcrafted textures and finishes, contemporary lines, airy interiors, and an organic and tactile sensibility. The “Tropical Modernist” laidback aesthetic ensures a raw authenticity through understated elegance and neutral natural materials, such as polished concrete, granite, Parota wood carpentry, and handmade black terrazzo tiles.
